BrickSift is a UK property tool that's currently pre-launch. This site does one thing: takes your email so we can tell you when it opens. Here's exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect
If you join the waitlist:
- Your email address
- Your answer to one question: where you are in your property journey (four options)
Automatically, like nearly every website:
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting and analytics: [TO CONFIRM: analytics tool, or “none”]. We don't run advertising trackers.
That's the lot. No names, no phone numbers, no payment details. We don't ask, so we don't hold them.
Why, and on what legal basis

We will email you about BrickSift's launch and nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or swap your details with anyone, and we won't add you to anything you didn't sign up for.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Waitlist entries are stored with [TO CONFIRM: form / hosting provider], within the UK/EEA or under UK-approved safeguards.
We keep your details until BrickSift launches and you've had the launch email, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If the project were ever shelved, we'd delete the list rather than let it sit.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us, at any time, to:
- See what we hold about you (it'll be the two things above)
- Correct it
- Delete it (“right to be forgotten”)
- Withdraw consent: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or just ask
Email [TO CONFIRM: privacy contact email] and we'll act on it within a month, usually much faster.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Cookies
The site uses only what's needed to function. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes materially before launch, we'll note the change here with a date. This version: 14 July 2026.
